The panels operate at 150-170 degrees F. and radiate heat to objects and people in the room. The panel reaches operating temperature in only three to five minutes.
Advantages of radiant heat panels

Replacing a wood stove with ceiling mounted panels in auxiliary buildings such as workshops or studios allows the use of available space.

The low amperage requirements of the maximum heat panels can be provided by the 120 or 240 volt circuits. 30% -70% reduction in electrical power socket heating eliminates the need for dedicated wiring. Wherever a single panel is installed, the current capacity of 120-volt circuit is enough for the extra load.
Installing radiant heat panels typically cost between $ 1.25 and $ 1.50 per square foot of heated space. For a 1,500 square foot house cost estimated would be $ 1,900 to $ 2,300. This is considerably less than the cost to complete a forced air system.
Disadvantage of the heat panels Radiant
The major limitation of radiant heat panels is the absence of a cooling function. Installing a central air-conducted conditioner would undermine many of the advantages of using radiant panels.
One way around this would be to install a mini-split air conditioners. The mini-split, like radiant panels, is also a cost-effective retrospectively and can be cool only occupied rooms.
